In November 2022, EUROL 3 provided the Montenegrin authorities with the Assessment of the Alignment of the Draft Strategy for Countering Transnational Organized Crime 2022-2025 and the Action Plan 2022-2023 with the EU Strategic Framework in his field (with recommendations for amendments of the Draft Strategy and the Action Plan).
For this purpose, EUROL 3 engaged the international expert Christian Jechoutek, Liaison Officer at the Austrian Desk at Europol and National Empact (European Multidisciplinary Platforms Against Criminal Threats) Coordinator. The final Assessment was delivered in November 2022.
