EUROL 3 organized a three-week EU MS mid-term expert mission that was delivered by Mr. Marco Letizi, international consultant for the thematic areas of financial investigation, money laundering and asset recovery measures from 10 to 28 July 2023.
This mid-term expert mission aimed at strengthening the capacities of the Montenegrin law enforcement authorities to combat corruption and organized crime, empower judicial and law enforcement response to organized crime and corruption, provide capacity building activities with a focus on certain aspects of investigating organized crime and corruption cases, and identifying legal and/or procedural bottlenecks.
