EUROL 3 provided the Police Directorate of Montenegro with a Roadmap for the Establishment of the SIRENE Office in Montenegro, developed by the Austrian experts Mr. Roman Gfrerer and Ms. Jacqueline Lamböck.
Mr. Gferer, Head of the Administrative Department within SIRENE Austria and Ms. Lamböck, Police officer in this Department, visited the Police Directorate of Montenegro on 19-20 September 2022 and delivered a workshop for the Montenegrin Ministry of Interior and NCB Interpol – Europol – SIRENE. The aim of their mission was to define the procedures and technical possibilities, the development of the application solution, as well as to identify steps, procedures and actions that are required for the establishment of the SIRENE Office Montenegro.
The Roadmap for the Establishment of the SIRENE Office in Montenegro has been officially delivered to Montenegrin authorities in January 2023.
