On 11 and 12 April the intersectoral ICT working group had a two-day meeting (retreat) in Petrovac (Hotel Palas) organized with the support of EUROL 3. The purpose of this retreat was the finalization of the draft Strategy for Digitalization of the Judiciary 2024-2027 and its Action Plan 2024-2025.
The process of drafting the Strategy and the Action plan was supported by EUROL 3 through the engagement of two international short-term experts: Zoran Krtinic (in charge of developing the Fiscal Assessment of the implementation of the Strategy for Digitalization of the Judiciary 2024 – 2027 and its Action Plan) and Bojan Mursec.
Both short-term experts were present at the retreat of the Working Group and worked together with the Working Group to develop the final version of the Strategy for Digitalization of the Judiciary 2024 – 2027 and its Action Plan and to discuss all objectives, strategic measures, activities and necessary funds for their implementation.
The final drafts of the Strategy for the Digitalization of the Judiciary and its Action Plan were translated by EUROL 3 into English and submitted to the European Commission and the EU Delegation for their review and opinion.
The documents have also been published on the MoJ website for public discussion which lasted until 20 May 2024 (cf. Poziv za javnu raspravu o tekstu Nacrta strategije digitalizacije pravosuđa 2024-2027, sa (www.gov.me) ).
