On 29 and 30 January 2024, EUROL 3 organized the second two-day training on the Project Management Cycle/development of concrete project proposals for the staff of the Secretariat of the Judicial Training Centre (JTC).
Trainer at the training was international expert Zoran Krtinic.
This training was a continuation of the first training session held on 30 October and 1 November 2023, for the same group of 10 participants, all employees of the Secretariat of the JTC and working in different positions in the Secretariat. The participants of this second session worked concretely on the development of project proposals which could be used for applying for additional funds.
The main aim of this training session was to enhance the knowledge and the necessary skills of the JTC Secretariat, to enable it to independently prepare project proposals, and thus not be (solely) dependent on other projects, donors and organizations and their objectives.
